- Manage HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management and general administration;
- Focuses on the management including payroll administration, records, and wage calculation;
- Ensures legal compliance with all compensation and deductions, analyzes current compensation policies in order to support;
- Implements and administers the company’s benefits programs, prepares and distributes employee communications regarding benefits programs;
- Interpret and implement HR policies regarding administration, benefits, compensation, etc.
- Reviews our processes and policies and make proposals for improvement as necessary;
- Prepares and submit monthly headcount and turnover reporting;
- Manage in implementing and administering benefit programs, including medical, insurance, worker compensation; compensation, employee assistance, and other plans.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR all functions;
- Bachelor in Business Administration or Management (HR related field) or any equivalent;
- Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships;
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, calculation, Excel formula and spreadsheets;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills.
